"Zombifying People's Bodies": New Drug Has Hit Numbers of People In US

In 2021, 2,668 people died in New York because of the “ Zombie drug” overdose. Federal news reports have reported that 1 person dies every 5 minutes due to drug overdose. Now, America is suffering from a new drug called Xylazine. 

The symptoms of this drug are excessive tiredness,  respiratory depression, and developing dead skin. However, excessive sleepiness, raw wounds, and other similar effects of drugs. 

Xylazine, a non-opioid, is unsafe for humans and causes harmful effects on the human body. People under the effect of a ‘Zombie Drug’ called Xylazine.

According to Sky News, “Tranq Dope” is a mix of Fentanyl, the opioid that has decimated America’s youth, and the veterinary drug Xylazine. It is sold on the street for just a few dollars per bag.” Sky News also added  “Tranq is basically zombifying people’s bodies.” 

Xylazine is an animal tranquillizer that is sold on the roads of America for just a few dollars per bag. One victim, a 28 year old man, has shared his experience, “Tranq is basically zombifying people’s bodies. Until nine months ago, I never had wounds. Now, there are holes in my legs and feet,”

US public health authorities are worried by thinking of its spread. Its terrible result can spoil the environment of the society. The New York Post, “Xylazine induces sedative-like symptoms, such as excessive sleepiness and respiratory depression, as well as open sores that, after repeated exposure, can become serious and spread quickly.”

However, the national spread of xylazine has become a public threat. The entire US is facing problems to save their future from the overdose drug crisis.
